I understand you, I really do. the best thing you can do is tell someone that you’re feeling this way, and someone you can trust. A friend or family member is best but if you feel like you can’t trust them go to your school counsellor (assuming you are in school) because that’s what they are there for. Not being able to talk about it makes it worse and it will get bigger and bigger. Trust me, it is worth it, it really really is. You just need someone to help you realise that. Remember, even if you feel like you have no one to talk to there are /so many/ people out there who will unconditionally listen to you whether you know them or not and you can always come back here my inbox will always be open.
